These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and AI-Copliance ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the AI-Copliance platform available at aicopliance.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
AI-Copliance provides an AI-powered platform designed to assist organizations in working toward ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes that reduce core functionality will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. Accounts registered on behalf of an organization may only be used for that organization's internal compliance activities.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect misrepresentation or misuse.

Exact pricing displayed at checkout is the binding price. Prices are subject to change with 60 days' notice for existing subscribers at renewal.
All paid plans are billed annually in advance. There are no monthly billing options. Your subscription grants access for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@aicopliance.com. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of the original purchase date will not be honored, except where required by applicable law.
The money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. It does not apply to renewals.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. You will receive a renewal reminder by email at least 30 days before expiry. You must actively renew to continue accessing paid features. On expiry without renewal, your account is downgraded to the Free Plan and documents remain accessible for 90 days before archival.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). By purchasing a Subscription, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy. AI-Copliance does not store your full payment card details.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT and GST) where required.
The Free Plan provides access to the initial gap analysis stage only. Document generation, full risk assessment, policy creation, and audit preparation features require a paid Subscription.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free Plan at any time with 30 days' notice. Free Plan accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months may be deleted without further notice.
You may use the Service solely for your organization's internal ISO 27001 implementation and information security management activities.

Violations of this Section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All policies, procedures, risk assessments, and audit plans generated by the Service are produced by AI models using information you have provided. They are starting-point drafts intended to be reviewed, adapted, and approved by qualified personnel within your organization before use in an audit context.
AI-Copliance does not guarantee that use of the Service, or the documents it generates, will result in ISO 27001 certification. Certification is determined solely by an accredited certification body based on your organization's actual implemented controls, not the existence of policy documents alone.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-Generated Output for accuracy, completeness, and fitness for your specific organizational context before relying on it for compliance purposes. AI models can produce errors, omissions, or content that is not appropriate for your situation.
Premium Plan subscribers receive structured written feedback on selected AI-Generated Output from a human expert. This constitutes a document review service — an advisory opinion — and does not constitute a formal audit, certification activity, or professional legal, regulatory, or consulting engagement. The reviewer's feedback is non-binding.
The AI references ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27002:2022. We make reasonable efforts to keep the AI's knowledge current, but we do not warrant that outputs are free from error or fully reflect the latest regulatory or standards updates.
You retain all ownership rights in your Customer Data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not use your Customer Data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Subject to these Terms and timely payment of fees, AI-Generated Output produced by the Service based on your Customer Data is assigned to you upon generation. You may use, modify, and distribute it for your internal compliance purposes.
The Service, including its underlying technology, AI prompts, system logic, UI design, branding, and documentation, is owned by AI-Copliance and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Service to you.
If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use such feedback without obligation or restriction.
We acknowledge that Customer Data, including your organizational security posture, risk register, and internal policies, is sensitive and confidential. We will:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We warrant that we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Service in accordance with these Terms and industry standards for SaaS availability (targeting 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI-Copliance, its officers, and its agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@aicopliance.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription term. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods, except within the 30-day money-back window.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you:
We will provide 14 days' notice for termination on grounds other than material breach.
Upon termination: your access to the Service ceases; your Customer Data is retained for 90 days after which it is deleted; AI-Generated Output previously exported remains yours. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 11, 13) will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We encourage resolution of disputes informally first. Contact us at legal@aicopliance.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, USA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you object to any change, you may terminate your subscription with a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your term (excluding the 30-day money-back period).
